CITY OF CHICAGO – SOIL & DEBRIS MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

In 2010, The City of Chicago, awarded Bluff City Materials, Inc. (Bluff City) a prime contract to manage soils and debris derived from capital infrastructure programs managed by the city.
